Associate Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Offer technical and operating room assistance to customers

• Educate healthcare professionals on our products and therapies

• Provide advanced clinical and technical support to the sales team

• Engage in presentations, conferences, and meetings to assist Sales colleagues

• Contribute to post-marketing initiatives

• Cultivate strong relationships with Sales colleagues

• Deliver prompt technical/specialist support upon physician requests

• Lead and manage critical product-related issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, a scientific field, or a related discipline

• Minimum of one year of experience in a comparable role within the medical device sector

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• Familiarity with computer systems and Sales Force capabilities

• Strong teamwork skills, proactive approach, and a results-oriented mindset

• Problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to address challenges from various angles

• Clean driving license and readiness to travel extensively within the country
