Associate Talent Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for both Non-Tech (GTM/Sales) and Tech (Engineering/Product) positions, from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.

• Directly source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches, and AI-driven sourcing tools.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp role requirements and provide constructive feedback when adjustments to briefs are necessary.

• Take responsibility for the candidate experience, which includes screening, coordinating interviews, managing feedback loops, and negotiating offers.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance the speed and quality of sourcing, screening, and scheduling while ensuring personalized communication with candidates.

• Keep accurate and current pipeline data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Provide market intelligence to hiring managers, including compensation benchmarks, competitor hiring trends, and talent availability.

• Work closely with hiring managers in both India and the US.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 4 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, with expertise in both GTM/Sales and Engineering/Product recruitment.

• Background in recruiting within a dynamic startup environment, preferably at a Series A–C stage.

• Proficient sourcing abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches, and AI tools.

• Ability to confidently advise and push back against hiring managers when necessary.

• Familiarity with using an ATS such as Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or other similar platforms.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.

• Experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical positions within the same organization.

• Knowledge of US hiring practices, including considerations for multiple states.

• Previous involvement with referral programs or employer branding initiatives.
