Associate Student Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for families following the initial onboarding process, overseeing the ongoing delivery of services and communication.

• Perform regular check-ins with clients and offer timely, personalized assistance to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

• Monitor client engagement and service quality, keep precise records, and suggest additional support to enhance outcomes and retention.

• Organize service launches and schedule coordination by collaborating with internal teams, keeping documentation current, and resolving any issues to provide a seamless client experience.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to synchronize messaging, share client insights, and promote continuous improvements to the client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a background in education, customer success, or client services is highly advantageous.

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or operations.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in working across various platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, CRM/billing systems).

• Capacity to multitask and handle multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

• An empathetic, service-oriented approach with a proactive mindset and commitment to follow-through.
