Associate Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations.

• Create and improve frontend experiences utilizing Next.js and React.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Engage in code reviews and implement feedback from senior engineers.

• Diagnose and fix defects in development, testing, and production environments.

• Facilitate integrations between internal platforms and external systems.

• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver incremental product value.

• Contribute to the practices of automated testing and quality assurance.

• Adhere to secure coding, compliance, and data protection standards.

• Utilize CI/CD pipelines, version control, and contemporary development tools.

• Engage in technical learning and knowledge sharing with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.

• 0–4 years of experience in software development (internship experience is included).

• Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or a similar backend programming language.

• Familiarity with Next.js and React.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.

• Experience with relational database management systems.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and work across various systems.
