Associate Pursuit Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee assigned pursuits of moderate complexity from initiation to submission.

• Provide pursuit-specific insights for go/no-go evaluations, which include compliance assessments, schedule feasibility, and resource considerations.

• Create and write detailed proposal content, such as qualifications, project narratives, executive summary components, and resumes, with support from senior team members.

• Set up and manage pursuit schedules, coordinating with internal contributors and subconsultants.

• Perform compliance reviews on assigned materials to ensure alignment with RFQ and RFP requirements.

• Keep Salesforce opportunity records updated for assigned pursuits, including revenue figures, stage progression, and documentation of outcomes.

• Verify that resumes and project sheets sourced from Flowcase are up-to-date and consistent with pursuit messaging.

• Generate content and materials for client presentations and interviews related to assigned pursuits.

• Assist in interview preparation, including coaching sessions, mock interviews, and slide creation under the guidance of senior staff.

• Offer guidance and quality review to Pursuit Coordinators on their assigned tasks.

• Collaborate with Pursuit Managers and Senior Pursuit Managers on larger pursuits as a section lead or content contributor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal management or business development within the AEC industry, professional services, or capital program environments.

• Proven experience in contributing to or leading RFQ and RFP responses until submission.

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to meet client expectations.

• Experience in maintaining opportunity data within Salesforce or a similar CRM system.

• Familiarity with Flowcase or a comparable capabilities management platform.

• APMP certification is preferred.
