Associate, Product Support – Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Creator Support team by managing incoming support queries from Creators, ensuring prompt and precise resolutions.

• Diagnose technical issues and escalate intricate cases to the Product and Engineering teams when necessary.

• Record and maintain accurate documentation of product issues, recurring patterns, and user feedback.

• Help in the development of support resources, including FAQs, help guides, and knowledge base articles.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather valuable customer insights that drive product enhancements.

• Support various ad-hoc projects within the Product organization, contributing to process optimizations and increased efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, product operations, or similar roles (internships and entry-level experience are encouraged).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously.

• Proficient in tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.

• Willingness to learn new systems like Zendesk, Intercom, or Linear.

• A collaborative team player with a customer-centric approach.

• Bonus: Experience in a startup or fast-paced SaaS environment.

• Bonus: Familiarity with customer support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Jira).

• Bonus: Understanding of the creator economy, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce platforms.
