This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify the problem and its underlying reasons.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to articulate opportunities and challenges, supporting them with evidence and establishing clear acceptance criteria.
• Create precise product documentation, including briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with UX design to develop solutions that align with brand standards and learner expectations, taking ownership of the final deliverable.
• Monitor performance metrics, including engagement, completion rates, and user feedback; utilize insights gained to refine the product for future iterations.
• Assist in the discovery process by engaging with users, synthesizing feedback into well-defined problems, and leveraging that data to guide team decisions.
• 2-5 years of experience with a proven ability to successfully launch projects.
• Strong judgment regarding user experience and the elements that contribute to an intuitive digital product.
• Excellent writing skills – capable of transforming ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• A collaborative approach – you thrive in daily partnerships with design and engineering teams.
• A genuine curiosity about users and a preference for making decisions based on evidence rather than assumptions.
• Bonus: familiarity with or interest in the healthcare sector or other regulated environments, as well as experience with HCP or professional audiences, design systems, or UX research.
