This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy for managing non-labor expenditures and deliver value across a portfolio of intricate healthcare accounts.
• Develop annual roadmaps for accounts and maintain comprehensive account plans, project plans, workplans, stakeholder maps, success metrics, and activation schedules.
• Collaborate with client leadership to prioritize initiatives and set up governance processes, including business reviews and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
• Oversee initiatives related to non-labor spending, from identifying opportunities to ensuring stakeholder alignment, execution, monitoring adoption/compliance, and validating value.
• Navigate client governance structures and promote the adoption of standardization and changes in utilization.
• Establish value targets, monitor progress, validate savings, and communicate benefits through business reviews.
• Collaborate with contracting and category resources to enhance contract performance and usage.
• Present executive value propositions, ROI narratives, and decision-support presentations.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and cross-functional provider stakeholders.
• Identify challenges, handle account escalations, eliminate barriers, and expedite provider outcomes.
• Facilitate internal delivery meetings and uphold One Vizient delivery standards.
• Maintain CRM records for the designated territory to support revenue objectives.
• Translate intricate spending, utilization, and category analytics into narratives and materials suitable for executives.
• Recognize expansion opportunities and collaborate with enterprise and sales teams on value cases and scope.
• Assist in renewal execution, including modeling, upselling, scope approvals, Statement of Work (SOW) generation, and invoicing.
• Mentor members of the delivery team and encourage collaboration across teams to ensure consistent delivery practices.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• At least 2 years of direct, accountable experience influencing supply chain decisions within hospitals or health systems.
• Experience in participating in governance forums such as value analysis, capital approval, and executive supply chain discussions.
• Practical experience in sourcing, procurement, and executing standardization efforts.
• Proven ownership of financially measurable outcomes, including validated savings, utilization performance, and compliance metrics.
• Ability to convert supply chain data and system insights into actionable items and narratives suitable for executives.
• Capability to lead portfolio account strategies and governance processes.
• Proficiency in leading multi-category sequencing and prioritization aligned with client objectives and measurable enhancements.
• Skill in establishing lasting executive relationships and enhancing stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to deliver persuasive messaging at the executive level, co-lead EBRs, and facilitate high-stakes decision-making.
• Competence in managing account escalations and resolving complex issues by coordinating internal experts and client stakeholders.
• Readiness for broader regional leadership roles through impactful executive advisory, coaching at scale, and achieving enterprise-level portfolio outcomes.
