This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Comprehend the client's business use cases and technical requirements to translate them into a technical design that effectively satisfies those needs.
• Align decisions with requirements and communicate them clearly to developers.
• Explore various solutions and identify the optimal one that aligns with the client’s expectations.
• Oversee the overall technical strategy for Health Cloud, ensuring it meets scalability, security, and compliance standards in healthcare (HIPAA/PHI).
• Demonstrate a consulting approach by serving as a solution provider rather than merely taking orders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, architects, and senior leadership regarding Health Cloud functionalities and best practices.
• Review and validate both high-level and low-level technical designs to ensure they conform to enterprise architecture standards.
• Promote adherence to Salesforce best practices, optimize governor limits, enhance performance, and uphold code quality standards.
• Guide teams on the Salesforce security model, data access, sharing rules, consent management, and compliance requirements.
• Identify project/service stakeholders early in the process and collaborate with them to ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
• Work alongside Salesforce Architects and Developers to create scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Assess solution feasibility against Salesforce platform capabilities and project limitations.
• Develop and maintain process flows, business process models, functional diagrams, and relevant documentation.
• Actively engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Function as a reliable advisor to users by clarifying Salesforce capabilities and potential trade-offs of solutions.
• Facilitate user adoption through training materials, user guides, and release notes.
• Evaluate existing Salesforce implementations and suggest improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Establish guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements (NFR) considerations during project execution.
• Draft and review design documents that outline the overall architecture, framework, and high-level design for developers.
• Assess architecture and design from various perspectives, such as extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and NFRs, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Develop and architect comprehensive solutions for specified functional and non-functional requirements, defining the necessary technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize them.
• Understand and contextualize technology integration scenarios, applying insights gained in projects.
• Address issues raised during code reviews through systematic analysis of root causes and provide justifications for decisions made.
• Conduct proofs of concept (POCs) to verify that proposed designs and technologies meet the outlined requirements.
• Total Experience: 9+ years
• Must be capable of leading end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery for large-scale enterprise healthcare projects.
• In-depth expertise in Health Cloud features, including Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Programs, Care Teams, Health Timelines, Assessments, Care Gaps, and Utilization Management.
• Strong capability in translating complex healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
• Ability to drive architectural decisions encompassing Salesforce core, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, data models, and automation.
• Hands-on leadership experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs is required.
• Must define and govern integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and healthcare standards like FHIR and HL7.
• Comprehensive understanding of EHR/EMR integrations, payer/provider workflows, and patient/member lifecycle management is essential.
• Proficient in leading all phases of the delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide technical governance, perform design/code reviews, and manage architectural risks and technical debt.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor distributed Salesforce teams, including developers, admins, QA, and offshore delivery teams.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins is required.
• Collaborate closely with program managers to oversee scope, timelines, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement through POCs, adoption of new Salesforce Health Cloud features, and platform advancements.
• Engage in roadmap planning, release strategy, and discussions regarding long-term platform evolution.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments, supporting sprint planning and release management activities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Mentor team members to meet client needs and hold them accountable for delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to comprehend and relate technology integration scenarios and apply these insights in complex troubleshooting situations.
