• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and prioritize marketing requirements, transforming them into user stories for Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Serve as the key point of contact between marketing teams and development teams, ensuring that marketing goals align with technical capabilities.
• Oversee and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and stakeholder input.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and Agile delivery activities.
• Partner closely with marketing analysts to establish KPIs, reporting metrics, and measures of campaign success.
• Offer guidance on best practices for email marketing, customer journeys, automation, and personalization within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design and assist in the implementation of comprehensive marketing automation solutions utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric marketing solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance and user feedback to drive ongoing optimization and enhancement.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate deployment and release processes.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Support roadmap planning and recommend platform enhancements that align with business and marketing objectives.
• Total Experience: 10+ years.
• Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud components, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Data Designer.
• Solid understanding of SQL, AMPscript, and API integrations using REST/SOAP services.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing marketing and business requirements.
• Profound understanding of email marketing, customer journey mapping, automation, and personalization strategies.
• Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate closely with marketing analysts to define KPIs, campaign metrics, and success criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the capability to coordinate between marketing and technical teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive marketing solutions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices, deployment processes, and techniques for campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform updates and industry trends.
