Associate Manager, Data Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily implementation of Anaplan’s revenue data initiatives.

• Supervise a team of data operations specialists.

• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data within GTM systems.

• Engage in cross-departmental projects such as territory planning, system migrations, and product launches.

• Develop and enhance thorough documentation for data processes, governance standards, and system workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• More than 5 years of experience in data operations, data management, or business operations within a SaaS or technology organization.

• At least 2 years of direct experience in people management, with proven success in leading a data operations team or function.

• Experience collaborating across functions and building effective relationships with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

• Proficient in presenting data quality metrics and operational updates to stakeholders at manager and director levels.
