Associate IT Service Delivery – Provisioning Specialist

📋 Description

• Employ CRM/ITSM tools to ensure precise data entry, accurately recording sales orders and customer information for provisioning and billing purposes.

• Rigorously adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for fundamental provisioning activities, inventory oversight, and service activation transitions.

• Support senior specialists in resource allocation and scheduling by updating project statuses and overseeing basic workloads.

• Keep track of new inventory needs and aid in physical inventory audits and monthly reconciliations.

• Acquire a foundational understanding of the sales-to-delivery process and recognize the significance of the customer journey during implementation.

• 0 - 3 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or technical operations setting.

• Strong data entry capabilities with a demonstrated track record of maintaining accurate records.
