Associate Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer locations.

• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other maintenance services, along with executing minor product repairs within a designated territory.

• Evaluates products for proper functionality, addresses identified issues, and escalates problems according to established protocols.

• Organizes service appointments, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and comprehension of product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet standards.
