Associate Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and delivers technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer locations.

• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and various services, along with performing minor repairs on products within a designated area.

• Evaluates products for proper functionality and addresses any identified issues, escalating them as per established procedures when necessary.

• Organizes service appointments, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure their satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background or equivalent work experience is necessary.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet standards.
