This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Serving as a reliable technical partner for clients by providing exceptional service interventions, proactively spotting optimization opportunities, and aiding in upselling, renewals, and long-term client retention.
• Promoting ongoing enhancements by converting field insights into actionable feedback for service, sales, and technical teams, thereby improving product quality, service efficiency, and overall customer experience.
• Taking responsibility for complex technical challenges from diagnosis through to resolution, ensuring thorough documentation, prompt reporting, and measurable advancements in operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, medical technology, physics, chemistry, or a related field, or an apprenticeship complemented by an advanced degree as a state-certified technician.
• Proficient in handling common EDP and possess some experience in a relevant application field.
• Fluent in both spoken and written French and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively (a driver's license is mandatory) within the designated region.
• Candidates must hold a valid Swiss work permit to be eligible for this position.
• Independent planning, execution, and organization of service operations (e.g., installation of new systems, maintenance, repairs, or user training delivery).
• Sustainable enhancement of service delivery and an increase in order volume focused on boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Timely generation of reports and systematic tracking and reporting of errors in customer data, alongside the provision of appropriate services.
