This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Oversee, manage, and execute the programming and research for the fund tax loss harvesting process.
• Handle fixed income, pure equity, and mixed funds.
• Collaborate with team members and provide reports to headquarters.
• Enhance existing pipelines.
• A Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing optimization engines and machine learning pipelines.
• Experience in creating rigorous and scalable data management and analysis tools.
• Proficiency in enhancing user interface tools to consolidate investment risk and return characteristics.
• Skilled in utilizing Python and statistical modeling for testing and optimizing client accounts.
• Competence in building regression analyses and conducting comparative testing.
• Experience in engineering and comparing optimization solvers.
• Ability to resolve conflicts within tax optimization matrix records.
• Experience in simulating tax alpha and analyzing tax loss harvesting capabilities.
• Capable of clarifying optimization features and leading relevant initiatives.
