This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.
• Supervise the daily operations of the in-country team, encompassing scheduling and performance for designated contracts, while ensuring compliance and nurturing customer relationships to bolster growth initiatives.
• Act as the main operational Point of Contact for QEADF, delivering procurement advice, sustainment assistance, technical troubleshooting, and resource distribution for NASAMS Tactical Operations in Qatar.
• Guide in-country team members, including site leads, warranty/logistics, quality, and technical staff, to guarantee optimal operational readiness for QEADF.
• Establish robust partnerships with the primary OCONUS subcontractor KDA, serving as the principal link between the NASAMS program office and subcontractor management.
• Ensure swift resolution of issues, making certain that concerns from Raytheon and subcontractors are addressed in a timely manner.
• Assist with contract proposals, which include bidding, negotiation, definitization, and initiation processes.
• Cultivate and sustain a cooperative relationship with the QEAF customer, providing routine program updates and aligning expectations with both OCONUS and CONUS teams.
• Verify that subcontractor commitments fulfill financial, technical, and scheduling obligations, escalating issues to the CONUS Program Manager as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as MRAD, Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality to promote program success.
• Oversee subcontractor lifecycle deliverables and aid in customer program reviews and visits.
• Inspire, mentor, and drive the in-country team to meet program goals while fostering a culture that aligns with corporate vision and values.
• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of pertinent experience or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 10+ years of experience.
• PMX Certification Level 4, or the capability to obtain it within 12 months.
• CORE certification or a process improvement equivalent.
• At least 7 years of experience in Program Management and Risk & Opportunity Measures.
• Familiarity with large Air Defense weapon systems and prior military experience.
• Background in program execution across System Integration, Fielding, Training, Operations, and Sustainment.
• Proficiency with financial analysis and project management tools and/or systems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proven capability to effectively lead a cross-functional team in an international setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully with international customers.
• The ability to secure and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is mandatory.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
