This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for generating insights and following up for a significant business unit, acting as the primary contact for Senior Managers and Associate Directors.
• Evaluate data to assist business teams in making more informed, data-driven choices.
• Utilize data to narrate a story that non-technical colleagues can comprehend, including the packaging and presentation of findings in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
• Acknowledge the necessity to improve essential operational and analytical dashboards, and outline the requirements to enhance them as user needs progress.
• Spot opportunities to create models and tools that yield relevant insights to identify inefficiencies in healthcare and provide insights to eliminate those inefficiencies.
• Collaborate across the organization, including managing stakeholder relationships with managers and senior managers, to pinpoint actions for achieving improvements and monitoring the impact of initiatives.
• Assist with other strategic projects as designated to fulfill business requirements.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Over 3 years of technical experience utilizing analytical tools and crafting analytical reports.
• More than 3 years of proven ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into relevant insights using a structured and systematic thought process.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, regarding business reporting impact and requirements, as evidenced by 5 or more examples/projects of presenting analysis to Leadership (Director+).
• At least 3 years of experience in SQL, with the capability to filter, aggregate, and construct CTEs, or proficiency in R or Python, including experience with Pandas, loops, and statistical tests.
• Over 3 years of experience in developing dashboards and utilizing Looker or other business intelligence/data visualization tools.
• More than 3 years of experience, including proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to use VLookup, nested if statements, and connected Sheets.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, consulting, finance, or the insurance sector.
