This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Perform designated content operations tasks with accuracy and within set timelines, gradually gaining more autonomy over well-defined deliverables.
• Take responsibility for daily operational priorities, delivering precise and timely status updates while assisting the broader project team during critical delivery phases, such as releases or pilots.
• Aid in the creation, documentation, and implementation of standardized workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to content operations tasks.
• Participate in workflow mapping sessions, ensuring that documentation is clear and easily accessible, while keeping records in SharePoint or other designated repositories in accordance with PMO governance standards.
• Manage and configure operational workflows in JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar tools, ensuring that trackers are accurate, current, and serve as a reliable source for task progression and delivery status.
• Resolve known tooling issues and promptly escalate non-routine or unclear problems to the appropriate lead.
• Detect repetitive manual tasks and assist in automation efforts using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Evaluate recurring data issues, create JIRA tickets, and monitor the progress of their resolution.
• Clearly and consistently communicate task status, process updates, and changes in workflow to stakeholders.
• Actively identify operational challenges and contribute improvement suggestions or documented insights to the team.
• A bachelor’s degree in any field, along with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in content production, publishing, digital operations, or customer support environments is preferred.
• Candidates who have relevant internship or placement experience may be considered in place of full work experience.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new processes and tools, demonstrating the capability to apply that knowledge independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to provide clear and structured updates to team leads and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong diligence in task management, and the ability to handle multiple simultaneous priorities within set timelines.
• Experience in operational or project support roles involving processes, data, and documentation.
