This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create and modify communications directed at patients, such as emails, recruitment materials, scripts, onboarding content, and educational resources.
• Assist in the creation of clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate content that aligns with client requirements and program objectives.
• Utilize proficient writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills to guarantee high-quality outputs.
• Facilitate the passage of materials through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes.
• Submit, monitor, and uphold documentation for materials within Veeva or other document management systems.
• Oversee assigned tasks, timelines, and conflicting deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with internal content, creative, account, and project teams to ensure progress on tasks.
• Actively listen, pose insightful questions, and integrate feedback from senior team members.
• Adhere to established internal procedures, documentation standards, and quality control protocols.
• Develop knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical, and patient engagement communications.
• A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Life Sciences, or a relevant field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 0–2 years of pertinent experience in content, communications, healthcare communications, biopharmaceutical marketing, public relations, advocacy relations, or a related area.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong focus on detail and follow-through.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Comfort with remote work and collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with AMA Style, regulatory review processes, Veeva, or healthcare/pharma communications is advantageous, though not mandatory.
