Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and managing a substantial and varied caseload for the Firm’s clients in Hawaii.

• Engaging in communication with clients regarding their individual cases.

• Preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and memoranda, as well as reviewing and drafting agreements.

• Interacting with opposing parties to negotiate and settle claims.

• Conducting legal research on both straightforward and intricate issues related to contract law and other facets of consumer law.

• Although this position is primarily remote, occasional travel for court appearances may be necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently licensed to practice law in Hawaii (admission in multiple states is a significant advantage).

• At least 1 year of pertinent experience in a law firm setting.

• Must demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management abilities to adhere to strict deadlines.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and professional integrity.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and team members at all organizational levels.

• Proficient legal research skills; familiarity with LexisNexis is a plus.
