Assistente de Produtos – Direct Response

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Organize and update the product database along with its respective information.

• Manage funnels, links, pages, offers, and materials related to the products.

• Monitor the creation and updating of web pages.

• Coordinate and oversee requests related to the development of new products.

• Track labels, logos, and other necessary materials for the products.

• Conduct follow-ups with suppliers and partners.

• Oversee Compliance demands and documentation.

• Organize LOAs, Schedule A, and related documents.

• Create and monitor tasks in ClickUp.

• Perform follow-ups with the Copy, Design, Development, Traffic, Affiliates, Data, and other teams involved in the projects.

• Document decisions and next steps from meetings.

• Update project statuses and monitor their respective deadlines.

• Support the organization and operational execution of launches.

• Provide operational support for CRO demands when necessary.

• Assist in gathering and organizing information requested by leadership.

• Prepare and update operational reports.

• Experience with spreadsheets and information organization.

• Previous experience in support, customer service, or relationship management with clients, partners, or suppliers.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple demands and deadlines simultaneously.

• Responsible, organized, and calm demeanor to handle various situations.

• Proficiency in conducting follow-ups and tracking requests to completion.

• Initiative to identify pending tasks and seek solutions.

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate across different areas.

• Strong capacity for learning and adapting to new processes and tools.

• Preferred: English proficiency (written).

• Preferred: Experience with digital products or digital marketing.

• Preferred: Experience with ClickUp or similar task management tools.

• Preferred: Experience in administrative or operational routines.

• Preferred: Experience with managing suppliers and partners.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Compliance processes and document organization.

• Preferred: Experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments.
