Assistente Comercial I – Vendas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Providing customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp;

• Preparing and sending commercial proposals and quotes;

• Registering and updating customer information in the system (ERP or CRM);

• Monitoring orders from issuance to delivery;

• Supporting external sales representatives and commercial agents;

• Issuing and organizing documents such as orders, contracts, and reports;

• Managing and tracking delivery deadlines;

• Following up with clients to check the status of negotiations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or commercial customer service;

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills;

• Commercial mindset with a focus on results and goal achievement;

• Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude;

• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively in a home office setting;

• Skill in communicating and collaborating with teams remotely;

• Ability to identify business opportunities and cultivate customer relationships;

• Proficient in managing multiple demands and setting priorities;

• Knowledge of ERP and/or CRM systems is a plus;

• Experience in the distribution of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, or healthcare sectors will be considered an advantage.
