Assistant Technical Customer Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Addresses and resolves customer issues promptly using our support system.

• Engages in high-quality, empathetic one-on-one discussions with customers.

• Troubleshoots technical issues when necessary.

• Employs both proprietary and external tools to identify and address customer inquiries.

• Provides constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflow and enhance the customer experience.

• Understands the technical backend and operations of our project.

• Enhances and broadens technical knowledge and familiarity with technical challenges to provide better customer assistance.

• Performs any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time, relevant to your role within the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX's Quality Management System.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must hold at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.

• Preferably, candidates should have 2 years of relevant work experience for this position; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong time management skills with a drive to exceed expectations are essential.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and customize responses based on the information provided by customers to meet their specific needs.

• Must possess excellent communication skills, with a focus on effective listening and empathy towards customers, as well as proficient phone etiquette (including pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation).

• Proficient in the daily use of computers and mobile devices (e.g., familiar with email, basic internet/hardware troubleshooting, mobile app installation and payments, etc.).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language of the support market.
