Assistant Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist Merchandisers in implementing client programs across Client e-commerce, catalogs, and promotional activities.

• Source products according to specifications provided by the lead Merchandiser utilizing SAGE and ESP platforms.

• Request and verify accurate net cost quotes from suppliers based on given specifications and Preferred Supplier Agreements.

• Submit Program Product Registration documents to suppliers and secure necessary Supplier Program IDs.

• Develop and maintain the Item Master Data Load (IMDL) for SKU setup and production.

• Support updates to the Item Master Data Load (IMDL) and manage phase-out requests as required.

• Examine the Item Master Data Load (IMDL) for completeness and accuracy prior to transferring to the PDM team.

• Order and monitor product samples, ensuring negotiated sample fees and product accuracy are confirmed.

• Compare incoming products with approved proofs to facilitate warehouse-receiving approval.

• Request, track, and confirm the completion of e-commerce assets, such as product descriptions, size charts, and web-ready images.

• Aid in creating PowerPoint presentation decks by assembling product descriptions, pricing summaries, and pertinent product information.

• Organize and maintain all documents within program-specific folders for efficient record-keeping.

• Coordinate tasks with shared services teams and ensure follow-up to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or product support roles is preferred.

• Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.

• Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is advantageous.

• Experience using SAGE and/or ESP sourcing platforms is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
