Assistant Manager, Contracting Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as a backup for the Relationship Manager while mirroring the assigned portfolio.

• Support the Relationship Management team in cultivating and developing both existing and prospective relationships.

• Collaborate with various departments, including FTC, OPS, Compliance, and Credit Ops, regarding transactions and necessary documentation.

• Ensure that all documentation meets standards and is up-to-date, aiming to reduce MER issues.

• Address client inquiries and coordinate with Service Departments to ensure timely resolutions.

• Assist with industry research and data gathering for client portfolios.

• Complete projects and assignments as directed by the Division/Unit Head.

• Keep accurate records of client communications.

• Maintain and update the monthly pipeline report.

• Identify and emphasize business opportunities within the portfolio.

• Regularly prepare consolidated client positions.

• Compile and follow up on RB and Technical Capability reports.

• Maintain organized records.

• Oversee the initiation, preparation, and project allocation for annual reviews.

• Prepare and update PPC and CPP reports.

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of local and regional contracting clients.
