• Lead and manage externally funded programs by ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of community health research initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor team members, oversee project workflows, and maintain quality standards to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with external organizations, managing contractual relationships to align with project objectives.
• Apply performance measurement principles to design, analyze, and summarize data into actionable reports that inform program outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Research Programs to formulate and implement the strategic vision for ICHI’s initiatives.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethical sensitivity, and discretion while demonstrating sound judgment and responsible decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, applied social science, anthropology, sociology, healthcare administration, or a related field, along with five (5) years of experience in project management or coordination, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory role.
• A valid AR driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for moderate travel (mileage reimbursed).
• Occasional out-of-state travel is required.
• Proven capability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
• Familiarity with performance measurement and proficiency in synthesizing data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate with diverse constituencies.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring team members to achieve program goals.
• High level of ethical sensitivity, confidentiality, and discretion in managing complex projects.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and diplomatically.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills complemented by excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under deadline pressure.
