Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

• Arrange and follow up on candidate interviews via phone calls, text messages, and email communications.

• Conduct initial Zoom screening interviews to evaluate candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall suitability.

• Record interview feedback and provide recommendations on whether candidates should progress to the next phase of the hiring process.

• Source qualified candidates using platforms such as Indeed, Facebook Groups, and other online resources.

• Maintain precise candidate records and update applicant tracking systems accordingly.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to support recruitment goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading are essential.

• Comfortable conducting phone interviews, video interviews, and written communications with candidates – a must.

• Capable of evaluating candidate fit and making informed hiring recommendations based on objective criteria.

• Persistent and proactive in following up with candidates and engaging them throughout the recruitment process.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple candidates at various stages of the hiring process.

• Ability to work independently, effectively manage priorities, and consistently meet recruitment targets.

• Previous experience in interviewing and screening candidates for remote positions.

• Familiarity with Indeed employer tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Experience in sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platforms.

• Knowledge of the HVAC or home services industry, or experience with field service management software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber).
