This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring quality assurance throughout each project's lifecycle.
• Coordinate team member efforts to ensure projects are delivered as planned.
• Foster strong relationships with both team members and clients to guarantee successful and timely project completions.
• Mentor staff and adapt to various technical disciplines as required.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews of commercial Property and Facility Condition Assessments.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and field staff, monitor project progression, and maintain communication with clients.
• Clearly articulate project expectations to team members and staff.
• Offer recommendations and solutions to relationship managers and clients, taking into account their impact on the transaction process.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues, provide progress reports, and manage client follow-ups and concerns.
• Assign tasks to appropriate team members and coordinate responses to client requests for changes in scope.
• Facilitate the completion of final reports and invoices.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building sciences consulting, engineering due diligence, or risk management-related services.
• In-depth knowledge of ASTM-2018 and the Property Condition Report Assessment process.
• Specific experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac report formats.
• Experience with pre-acquisition PCA due diligence reporting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with fundamental principles of civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering, including the construction and maintenance of structures and systems.
• Understanding of building component life cycles, system condition evaluation, and replacement costs.
• Proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver quality results punctually.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to build strong relationships within a team.
• Proficient knowledge of Quire (report writing platform).
