Asistente de Seguridad, Salud en el Trabajo y Medio Ambiente

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• You will support the implementation of the Integrated Management System for Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (SIG HSE).

• Schedule occupational exams and/or review medical concepts.

• Participate in and manage the activities of the SST teams (COPASST, Emergency Brigades).

• Prepare and update SST documents (policies, procedures, legal framework, protocols, etc.).

• Manage suppliers and purchases within the HSE area.

• Conduct periodic HSE onboarding.

• Oversee workplace inspections.

• Design and implement processes, programs, and documents for the environmental management system.

• Ensure the reading and acceptance of HSE policies.

• Monitor reports of accidents and occupational diseases.

• Update periodic HSE indicators and suggest action plans.

• Participate in internal and external audits of the SG-HSE contracted by the company.

• Manage and monitor the surveillance systems registered in the (SIG-HSE).

• Provide comprehensive support for employee requests, creating the best experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a graduate Technician in fields related to Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.

• You have a minimum of 6 months of experience providing support or managing SST processes and environmental programs.

• You possess an intermediate level of Excel skills.

• Although the position is 100% remote, you must reside in Bogotá for occasional office inspections.
