This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service for Claro Perú

• Offer information and resolve inquiries, questions, and complaints from PostPago service customers

• Deliver enhanced benefits to clients

• Work part-time hours between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm

• Participate in 12 days of paid remote training

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education (mandatory)

• Must have teleworking tools: wired internet, PC, and headset

• No experience required

• Goal-oriented

• Customer service and client support skills

• Effective communication and persuasion abilities

• Initiative

• Knowledge of call center operations

• Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and strong commitment
