Asesor/Ventas, Call Center – Cobranzas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Assess the client's payment behavior

• Review the collection status of policies

• Prepare collection reports

• Complete supplier forms

• Record payment requests for online collections

• Manage collections through phone calls

• Assist with other tasks in the department as requested

⛳️ Requirements

• Ongoing or completed technical/university studies in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with call collections, online collections, and platform chat

• 6 months of experience in collections (Banking/Telecommunications/Insurance preferred)

• Must have a personal laptop and internet access
