Asesor(a) de Call Center, Crosselling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide advice and solutions regarding inquiries, issues, or complaints from current or potential Entel users (Pre and Postpaid).

• At the end of the service interaction, the suggested sale must be addressed and closed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Availability to work 100% remotely.

• Must have tools for remote management: Intel Core i3 processor or higher (6th generation or above), Ryzen 3 or above, or AMD8 or above, wired internet of 50 Mbps, 8 GB RAM, solid-state drive (SSD), headsets, and a webcam.

• Experience in CALL CENTER or IN-PERSON sales.
