This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from customers wishing to cancel their service with WIN, aiming to enhance customer loyalty through service improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in CALL CENTER (ATC, RETENTION, SALES, LOYALTY, or CROSS-SELLING)

• Availability to work REMOTELY

• IMPORTANT: MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS FOR MANAGEMENT

• Availability to manage calls from Monday to Saturday within the time frame of 9 am to 9 pm

• Sundays off

🏝️ Benefits

• Fixed salary of S/.1130

• Remote work bonus of S/.80 monthly

• Variable compensation based on performance indicators of approximately S/.590

• PAID REMOTE TRAINING from Monday to Saturday (S/.12 per day)

• Initial 3-month renewable contract
