This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Contribute to the quality and timeliness of service by managing incoming and outgoing calls, as well as other support channels.
• Ensure that business targets are met regarding operational results, quality, and commercial performance.
• Take responsibility for inbound and/or outbound commercial management to guarantee the achievement of the commercial objectives and/or budget assigned by the business.
• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: 6 months of experience in customer service, client support, and/or commercial management in a Contact Center.
• Payment based on the achievement of established performance indicators.
• Renewable Fixed-term Contract.
• Work Mode: Remote.
