Asesor de Ventas, Atención al Cliente

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Handling incoming calls from customers interested in purchasing a product

• Assisting customers interested in Claro products through cross-selling

• Providing support in the call center environment

• Engaging in paid training programs

• Working morning shifts from 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM, totaling 8 hours of work

⛳️ Requirements

• No experience required, both experienced and inexperienced candidates welcome

• Education: Junior High School

• Must have a Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise PC or Laptop

• Must possess a headset

• Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps, wired connection

• Availability to work full-time during morning shifts from 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM

• Remote work from home
