This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and solutions regarding inquiries, issues, or complaints from current or potential Entel users (both prepaid and postpaid).

• At the end of the service interaction, it is essential to address and finalize the suggested sale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Availability to work 100% remotely.

• Must have tools for remote management: wired internet of 50mb, 6th generation or newer processor, 8gb RAM, solid-state drive (SSD), headsets, and a webcam.

• Basic computer skills.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
