Asesor Comercial Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to foster loyalty and retention

• Provide benefits offered by other operators

• Finalize renewals, fixed sales, or plan changes

• Work from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off

• Participate in training sessions from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old

• Minimum of 3 months experience in CALL CENTER, ATC, or SALES

• Open positions available in Lima and provinces

• Must have a PC or Laptop

• Operating System: Windows 10

• Processor: Core i3 of 5th generation or equivalent and above

• Minimum of 8GB RAM

• Wired Internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps

• USB headphone required

• Camera must be on during training (mandatory)

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday

• The first three months will be under RxH; starting from the 4th month, salary will depend on performance indicators as per the Pyme payroll
