Asesor Call Center – Campaña Upgrade Fija

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients who have home services and offer them enhanced benefits to improve their experience and entertainment at home, including internet, cable, and phone services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in Call Center Sales.

• Must have a PC/Laptop with Windows Operating System 10 to 11.

• Processor must be Core i3 of 5th generation or equivalent and higher.

• At least 8GB of RAM.

• Wired internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB headset required.

• Camera must be on during training (mandatory).

• Basic knowledge of Office required.

• Semi-full-time salary of 800 soles.

• Initial contract modality will be RXH for the first 3 months, after which we can transition to a MYPE payroll from the 4th month.
