This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to enhance their loyalty and ensure their retention.

• Provide customers with the benefits offered by other operators and successfully close a renewal sale, fixed plan, or plan change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in call center sales, retention, customer service, among others.

• Completed secondary education or technical and/or university studies in progress or completed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office at a user level.

• Availability to work at our CENTRAL LOCATION IN SANTA ANITA.
