Asbestos Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform asbestos surveys, safely collect samples of suspected materials, and accurately document findings in accordance with job guidelines and internal protocols.

• Evaluate recognized asbestos risks, advise clients on suitable removal or safe management strategies, and offer ongoing support to ensure compliance.

• Work closely with clients and project teams to ensure effective communication, prompt reporting, and resolution of any issues encountered on-site.

• Assist in quality assurance initiatives, including audits and corrective measures, while contributing to continuous improvement and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification or qualification in asbestos surveying (e.g., BOHS P402).

• Demonstrated experience as an Asbestos Surveyor, preferably in a similar role or setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of asbestos-related laws, regulations, and guidelines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to accurately record and document survey results.

• Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with survey software and Microsoft Office.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects at once.

• A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to various sites as needed.
