AS400 Developer, Snowflake, ETL - Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, sustain, and enhance applications within an AS400 (IBM i) setting.

• Formulate queries and routines utilizing DB2/400.

• Manage programs developed in RPGLE and CL.

• Assist in the upkeep and advancement of the BPCS/Infor LX ERP system.

• Design and execute ETL/ELT procedures to transfer data from the AS400/BPCS environment to Snowflake.

• Develop processes for extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

• Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) methodologies.

• Construct, optimize, and monitor data pipelines.

• Create data models that emphasize analytics and reporting.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, performance, and scalability.

• Develop high-performance SQL queries.

• Design and refine Data Warehouse architectures.

• Assist business and Analytics teams in providing data for reports and analyses.

• Engage in data modeling and the development of the analytics architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with AS400 (IBM i).

• Preferred: Experience with BPCS / Infor LX.

• Background in sectors such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and ERP.

• Experience in data migration projects involving legacy systems and cloud platforms.

• Understanding of modern data architecture and analytical solutions.
