This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, train, assess, deploy, and oversee machine learning and AI models tailored for mission-critical and business applications.
• Construct and maintain MLOps pipelines for model version control, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Partner with data engineers, application developers, analysts, and subject matter experts to implement AI capabilities effectively.
• Apply NLP, LLM, RAG, generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation solutions as suitable.
• Enhance model performance, scalability, explainability, security, and dependability.
• Assist in the integration of AI solutions into APIs, applications, reporting systems, and operational processes.
• Record the model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and considerations for responsible AI.
• Over 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or applied machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools, cloud-based AI services, model deployment, and production monitoring.
• Understanding of NLP, LLMs, RAG, generative AI, predictive modeling, and evaluation methodologies for models.
• Experience in deploying AI/ML capabilities within secure cloud or enterprise settings.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in IRS, Treasury, fraud analytics, tax administration, or federal AI/ML preferred.
• Must possess active IRS MBI clearance or have the ability to obtain it.
