Art History Course Editor – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Course Editors are essential in maintaining the quality of our credit-recommended college courses.

• Assess and revise existing college-level course frameworks and materials within your area of expertise.

• Analyze and implement suggested improvements to current course structures.

• Verify course learning outcomes and competencies for precision and alignment.

• Edit skill-focused course segments and guarantee appropriate organization.

• Review and enhance response assignment prompts and grading rubrics.

• Assess existing multiple-choice questions for quality and correctness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Western Art History, or a closely related field.

• Experience in teaching literacy methods or teacher preparation courses in a college or university environment.

• Proven experience in creating, updating, or revising courses at the college or university level.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based literacy instructional strategies, reading development theories, and K-12 literacy standards.

• Over 2 years of experience teaching courses in a college or university setting.

• Additional Preferred Skills: Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines.

• Openness to feedback and a willingness to revise submitted work as necessary.

• Capability to work collaboratively with curriculum designers to develop high-quality course materials.
