This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee a team of Post-Acute Care Field Sales Representatives across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
• Achieve business objectives and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Provide strategic guidance and cultivate a high-performance environment centered on customer success, employee growth, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, key clients, and internal stakeholders to promote growth and enhance customer relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically diverse team through field visits, coaching, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, nurture, and retain sales talent.
• Work alongside sales representatives during customer interactions and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with Post-Acute Care customers and key decision-makers.
• Formulate and implement regional growth strategies for a territory generating over $90M in annual revenue.
• Propel revenue, profitability, and market growth objectives through sales leadership, performance management, and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent execution, operational excellence, and outstanding customer outcomes.
• 9 years of professional experience.
• 1+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Successful completion of a 7-Year Motor Vehicle Record Check during pre-employment.
• Preferred locations include Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio; Dallas is the top choice.
• Relocation assistance is not offered.
• Approximately 75% field engagement with local and/or travel responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing field-based sales teams.
• Experience in coaching, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Ability to lead and influence teams that are geographically dispersed.
• Strong customer-facing and consultative selling abilities.
• Proven success in building relationships and influencing executive-level decision-makers.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Capability to analyze performance trends and drive strategic growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and CRM platforms, including Salesforce and Power BI.
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field supporting representatives and engaging customers.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Preferred: experience in selling to or supporting Post-Acute Care markets, including SNFs, ALFs, Hospice, and Home Health.
• Preferred: background in healthcare, medical distribution, or related industries.
• Preferred: experience managing multi-state territories and geographically dispersed teams.
• 20% Annual Management Incentive Bonus.
• $56,000 Sales Incentive Opportunity.
