Area Sales Manager, ENT – Santa Rosa/San Rafael/Napa

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with physicians, nurses, and other key decision-makers within the sales territory to showcase, in-service, and sell Medtronic Surgical Technologies capital and disposable products.

• Accountable for the effective implementation of Sales Action Plans.

• Strategize, plan, and successfully carry out sales calls to all pertinent hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers, and physicians' offices within the territory.

• Participate in meetings and educational courses both within and outside the territory.

• Offer support and service to clinical staff regarding the Products in a surgical setting.

• Report competitive activities in the territory to the Region Manager and ensure all records and reports are maintained and submitted in a timely manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of experience* OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of experience* OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience*

• *Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences

• Proven track record in medical sales, ideally with ENT products

• Familiarity with the ENT assigned product/therapy customer base

• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities

• A valid driver's license and an active vehicle insurance policy are required.
