This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Strengthen customer relationships through regular onsite visits, fostering deeper trust, tailored solutions, and enduring partnerships.

• Identify real-world needs by touring customer facilities, recognizing safety gaps, and confidently recommending suitable A-SAFE products.

• Expedite the sales process by conducting demos, assessments, and decision-making discussions in person, minimizing delays and enhancing close rates.

• Broaden market reach by exploring new territories, discovering fresh opportunities, and reinforcing A-SAFE’s presence in the region.

• Provide immediate insights to the team regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges encountered during onsite visits.

• Drive revenue and growth through proactive prospecting, territory management, and regular in-person interactions that yield measurable sales results.

• Exceptional at building relationships, thriving in face-to-face interactions, and confidently engaging customers at their locations.

• Strong organizational and territory management abilities to balance travel schedules, customer visits, follow-ups, and remote work tasks.

• Problem-solver with technical expertise, able to evaluate customer needs onsite and effectively present solutions aligning with the company's products and objectives.
