This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Manage and develop a network of commercial agencies within the territory.
• Provide support to agencies in sales activities and commercial negotiations.
• Ensure the implementation of commercial strategies and revenue objectives in the assigned area.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients.
• Organize periodic meetings in the territory with the sales network.
• Participate in trade fairs and industry events.
• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial roles within the HVAC, plumbing, or related sectors.
• Experience in managing sales networks or commercial agencies.
• Technical or technical-commercial background.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
