This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Lead and manage the daily operations of bases within a specified region.
• Coordinate clinical, aviation, and maintenance services to achieve operational, safety, and financial objectives.
• Ensure that bases are adequately staffed, operational, safe, and providing excellent customer experiences.
• Communicate effectively with base personnel regarding operations, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversee profit contributions, P&L management, expenses, and payroll controls.
• Schedule base staff to guarantee full coverage and maximize in-service rates.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and Business Development on policies, compliance, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Recruit, manage performance, and foster the development of team members; address employee relations and performance challenges.
• Oversee supply chain management, logistics, facility repairs, maintenance activities, and lease management.
• Support customer scorecards and implement action plans accordingly.
• Monitor necessary business, medical, and other licenses, ensuring compliance with discipline-specific DOT and Non-DOT regulations.
• Coordinate the initiation, relocation, and closure of bases.
• Directly supervise employees, which includes hiring, training, work assignments, performance evaluations, and problem resolution.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in clinical, aviation, or maintenance sectors, complemented by a strong leadership background and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience is essential.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, critical thinking, reasoning, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in managing revenue and budgets.
• Capability to prepare comprehensive written reports.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Availability 24/7 to meet operational requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% or more based on business needs.
• No certificates, licenses, or registrations are required.
