This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Support the customer experience throughout the entire installation job life cycle.
• Execute technical measurements, evaluate existing conditions, and conduct product confirmations.
• Perform Job Site Inspections to assess work quality, verify service provider credentials, and engage with customers.
• Ensure compliance with industry construction standards and document any changes to the job scope.
• Maintain communication with customers, provide prompt follow-ups, and address inquiries and job modifications.
• Address changes in scope-of-work, additional labor requirements, material necessities, customer issues, open services, and Care Tickets.
• Oversee all projects within the designated area and product category.
• Make or escalate decisions regarding project changes to avoid delays in cycle time.
• Collaborate with service providers to resolve problems and approve or escalate project adjustments.
• Ensure all outstanding items are completed to the customer's satisfaction.
• Utilize reporting and related systems to enhance customer experience and ensure installation accuracy.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment test if required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, or comparable qualifications.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is preferred.
• Previous experience managing residential home improvement installation projects is preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Solid business acumen.
• Proficient problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Collaborative leadership skills with a focus on partnerships.
• Capability to perform intermittent physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting materials or equipment.
• Ability to work in environments with exposure to dust, fumes, or odors.
• Opportunity for remote/virtual work arrangements.
• Overnight travel is usually less than 10% of the time.
